You're saying PA was (deliberately) given false information by his subordinates to make him the scapegoat in order to keep him off the city council? Where did you get the information that PA "...was told by his officer faulty information."? PA allegedly owns a storage facility and, unless it was false, he slams POTUS on the front page of that website so... I'm thinking he's not much of a conservative.
Then the building across the school field, being owned by the city, had a tenant manufacturing uniforms, W-D (acquired by VF which is in bed with the [R] family). They laid off the majority of their local workers in 2018, moving those operations south (west) of the border and the then-mayor sent a letter to POTUS that (I think) you're implying has some significance. I'm not following where the "oN" you highlighted is supposed to tie-in to.
So, the closure of the uniform manufacturing operations was to cause a tax deficit which would require property taxes to be raised, causing pain to the residents who would then blame Republicans?
The upshot here is that this shooting incident was orchestrated to both promote a gun-grab/anti-2A sentiment as well as remove a conservative (?) from the city council, all as a means to blame Republicans in the upcoming elections?
Also what the hell does Tarrant County and Brownsville TX have to do with Uvalde TX?
Local officials control property taxes. School boards are the main cause of skyrocketing property taxes in Texas. Leftists have this one ability to hurt conservatives badly even though the state government is republiclan.
Voting out school boards in May hurts that ability. They are trying to make people hurt. Since they can't use the state government, they use the city councils and school boards. They didn't expect parents to knock them out of so many school boards and council positions. Usually conservatives don't bother with small, local elections so the Left installs its people there in even the reddest of states.
Go to Oklahoma. At the state level it's all red. Go to the school board and it's full of leftists. This is a fundamental weakness. They've never had to worry about the local races because they never got challenged in local elections.
May 7th they got a taste of doom.
The baby formula panic. The push to scare parents. They're trying everything they can to change the narrative and get the pressure off local races.
Tarrant and Brownsville are just examples of how badly they got voted out of school boards in early May. This is why they needed a drastic change in tactics. They got beat out it in even south "blue" counties in Texas that turned red in 2020.
Their flip to red prevented the cheat in Harris from being enough to steal the state for Biden (and rural vote showed up in historic numbers). They thought it was a blip, but even the local elections in those hispanic areas are flipping to conservatives. it scares the hell out of democrats.
They got driven out at the state level, but they've NEVER been pushed out at the local level.
Not sure if you were intending this for me or the OP, but I think OP's inclusion of these headlines you bring up was to illustrate that conservatives have been gaining power in parts of Texas and, like his post title implies, the left is trying to keep this loss of their power from continuing. Apparently this Pete A dude, being attacked by MSM, ran on fiscal conservativism to win a city council seat (according to OP) so it's likening what has happened in those two other areas to a conservative takeover of the reins of power. (As mentioned in my above comment, I haven't been convinced Pete A is a conservative).
