What the article fails to mention is that he caused an accident while merging onto the freeway and it wasn’t the first time which would make it a FELONY.

Thank you, I hadn't heard that. The news I've heard about his accident has been very limited and semi-conflicting. Wonder what are attempts to cover up versus reality. 🤷‍♂️

AND they waited 4 HOURS to take a breathalyzer which means it will probably get dismissed. MONEY TALKS. Imagine his BAL if they did a roadside breathalyzer at the scene. BAL = Blood Alcohol Level

BAC/BAL could go up depending on how much the person drank then started driving. For example, trying to speed home before you SUPER wasted.

I took a breathalyzer in the field then again at the station. It was higher at the station.

4 Hours does seem like an excessive amount of time for BAC/BAL to rise.
