If the bottleneck here is waiting on normies to finally get it, we're screwed. Simple as. A brilliant leader who knows what's best will do that regardless of what his people think of it. Sitting around trying to convince everybody of this giant conspiracy is such a big fucking waste of time.
The only way the normies will come around is if something big happens in the news, say an arrest of a high-profile politician.
This, hard. A leader leads - he doesn't keep poll-testing to see if it's above 51% to act. Never understood this argument; it has always smacked of "there's no other reason I can think of for this not to be happening."
Other than, it's never going to happen.
