Your dad might be experiencing normal age-related dementia. Check with your doctor about anti-amyloid medications...there is some evidence that if started early, they can delay further decline.

Ive seen people at work have mental loss,really sad to see,also a good friend of mine has it but he's in his 80s so I'm not sure if it vax related.
