I would bet a case of beer that the majority of Russian troops being decimated and human abuse stories by the Russians are false. The perpetrators were the Azov / Ukraine soldiers who shot those in their ranks in the back while trying to surrender. They hid behind civilian housing while firing at the Russians. I see video of the Russians coming in with equipment to clean up the mess and restore utilities.
