Sorry for that. I had just learned about these offices about a moth ago when a good friend taught me about them when we was attempting to go after corrupt judges & cops years ago. We initially joked about it sounding like some middle eastern friend/psyop for Obama, though it was an official office in our state capital to weed out corription.
