I seem to remember there was a 7th floor or maybe a different number on BUILDING 7 of the World Trade Center. That entire floor was rigged up with bulletproof glass, a self contained water & energy system etc and was designed as a crisis management command center. It had a perfect view of both towers, and of course, was destroyed when a rat farted and WTC 7 fell over.

I bet the one time it ran crisis management, it was quite a show.
