I've only been to Ann Arbor ( hellhole to me), so I'll defer to your judgment. 😅

Don't worry, Ann Arbor is also a hell hole. So is Dearborn. Detroit has its ups and downs, but there are some amazing houses being sold for extremely cheap because of the area, so that says a lot about Detroit.
