Meh. I just don't see the point. If they really wanted us all dead it would be trivial to make us all dead. Us being dead is not the main point. If it were, we would already be dead. There is no point in being a Ruler if there is nothing to Rule.
The whole purpose of The Matrix is to create belief systems. To control the masses so perfectly they build their own perfect cage. I get that they likely have an ideal population in mind, but why would they destroy that cage?

I don't think the Tartaria narrative, as espoused by it's adherents, is what it purports to be. I do not think "The Tartarians" are "The Builders" as many suggest.
Was there a world wide conspiracy to take Tartaria out of the history books? For certain. I have written that up extensively, it is in my report. Was Tartaria an Empire that spanned a very large area and ruled it for Millennia? For certain, again, in my report. Did they build all these "free energy devices?" Did they not eat or piss? Were they all giants? I am not convinced at all.
I think there is substantial evidence that there were giants, I am not sure how long ago. Perhaps they still exist.
I am by no means convinced that the world of giants and grand buildings was built by the Tartarians however. I think the Tartarians might be the Khazarians, or the Khazarians are a subset of them (infiltrated maybe?) I am not sure. It's very confusing. I do think another name for the Tartarians is the Scythians, AKA the Saxons.
I think its possible the Moguls were Giants, a ruling race of people. The Moguls were, I believe, a distinct race (not to be confused with the Mongols). They were certainly distinct from the Tartarians and the Mongols, though they existed in the same time/place. I think that they have all been confused as the same people was a part of wiping them all out from history.
I think the "mud flood" has substantial evidence, but I don't know what it is. I am not convinced it was a part of "Wiping out the Tartarians." I think other destructions of a similar time period (all the Great Fires) may have been another part of that. A "Reset" to wipe out "The Builders." I am still not convinced that the Tartarians were those builders. I think they might have been The Moguls, who I think were, at least at some point, allied with the Tartars.
