Will the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Inc. go bankrupt and be dissolved?

I'd like to read more about that, how our legal system is a joke and all caps names, stuff like that. I still firmly believe that we are in fact under British Common Law, and that our "judges" are lesser British nobility.
