If you find yourself being one of the brainwashed "anons" who genuinely think homosexuality, trans whatever, and the rest of the movement is a good and natural thing, then ask yourself some simple questions.
-
Does the DS promote it or condone it?
-
Is being straight promoted as normal and good for society? No.
-
Is being gay promoted as normal and good for society? Yes.
-
Is the nuclear family promoted? No.
-
Does the government promote wholesome family values? No.
-
Does the government promote disgusting pedos dressed as demons to read to your children about trans shit? Yes.
-
Does the government extort your children's education by withholding funding if the school does not promote it's degenerate homosexual policies? Yes.
-
Are you free to criticize straight people and the nuclear family? Yes.
-
Are you free to criticize homosexuals and the varying levels of "family" that they promote as normal? No.
-
Are corporations run or owned by filth around the world promoting the degeneracy? Yes.
Well then you have your answer.
I did it by diet really. Once diet fell into place, The exercise happened. I was at my goal weight, I have fluffed up a bit more than i'd like. I am fixing that now, but I lost all that weight in a single year. So I wanted to allow my body a "rest" time of no diet or anything. I do a lower carb diet, similar toKeto. I do fruits though, I just keep it simple. The more steps away from God's hands my food is, the less it becomes edible. So super low refined foods if I must. Breads and pastas are the worst...massive amounts of fillers in them. Abnd fillers means soy, which causes hormonal issues.
What?!! You lost all of that in a YEAR?? That's like, 5 pounds a week. That's a 5-pound bag of potatoes, a WEEK! That's amazing, really. Good for you. And I'm glad you did it naturally and have learned so much about the poison that is the average American diet. Just part of the plan though. Keep them fat, weak, stupid. So much easier to conquer the greatest country ever that way. Thanks, fren. You know, I have seen others here complaining they need to take off some weight since gaining during lockdown. Maybe you could make a post about your journey. That could be mega helpful and motivating to people. I bet you would get tons of people interested. Might even be able to make it a regular topic with people checking in and encouraging each other, teaching each other about the evils of soy, chemicals, etc. Seriously, it could be a great service. I hope you'll think about it. Frens really need to be in tippy top shape. :D
I have thought about it....and I have it pretty well documented on social media. My journey over that year :D. And yeap lockdown fluffy weight is what I am dealing with. I fell back into eating "just some" processed breads and stuff and gained like 40 lbs again. I am fixing that now, and summer activity will help aide in this. Alot of it boiled down to knowing my body. I knew I had issues, and refused to let the doctors tell me what I was feeling was normal. I pushed until I seen a specialist, and we knew I had hormone imbalance. Due to massive high estrogen/estradiol. This causes the males body to shut down natural test production. Because we have so much fake estrogen in the body we cannot utilize and we store. It's a vicious cycle. And the cabal are mother fuckers for creating this.....or maybe they dont know. Because even they have the bodies of gross meat sacks. So maybe even "THEY" dont know about this? who knows....
Well, you know and you could be just the person to wake up others. I do hope you will seriously consider starting something here with your gaw frens. It might take a few posts for people to find it and for it to catch on, but there are always those who are trying to lose weight, those who have and have learned some things, and those who are big into fitness / lifting weights, etc. who like to share what they know. You could be the gaw fitness guru, lol. Seriously though, there are so many useless posts here. It would be great to see us get organized and have some helpful stuff like this, on the regular.
Thats another thing :D I do not work out like most people. I do 35-45 mins tops. But I get full body workouts that leave me pumped everywhere. But I can do these style and intensity 4-5 times a week. I train similarly to an athlete, with some body building style things in there, mixed in with mobility and flexing. Alot alot of kettlebells, I feel these are the best strength building tool in the world. The most underrated, and most functional piece of equipment in the place. The functionality of the movements with the Kbell, and the fact that it is off balance thru the air, builds your muscles in the "negative" portion as well when lifting. It builds the muscle all the way thru the range of motion, especially if you do slower more controlled. But thats a topic for another day!. Talking about this is re-igniting my fires again tho. As I have said I have been essentially "idle" for a while. But this conversation is waking up my inner monster :D Also I am 41 yrs old :D:D:D:D:D
