Maybe. I still suspect this backfires somehow.

There's little evidence that Biden has any autonomy. Every problem imaginable is happening on his watch. If white hats control him, why would they allow him to be the one to successfully do some sort of student loan bailout? The script will be for him to completely fuck it up somehow.

Probably, I was thinking he strings them along with a "this is only the beginning" line. Im guessing there is kick back/laundering happening too.
