That's a classic example of MSN reporting quality. They quote Brian Stelter, CNN, they mention 15, then 12, then name only half of the cases they claim in the title and leave the reader with their thesis to believe because ... they're CNN, WP.
I'm not saying there wasn't 15, but it isn't all school shooting. They report cases that match the definition of "mass shooting" (more than 4 people shot or wounded). If they add gang shooting to these stats, I'm surprised they didn't find more of them in democrats run cities. They want to push gun control agenda so they're desperate to show more "cases".
