It was totally unreal how quick that car was. 0-60 in under 2 seconds, and it was fighting for traction at all 4 wheels above 110mph....... with 4 people in the car!

I still won't adopt until there is a big improvement in battery technology. Like a 10-fold increase in range, a large reduction in mass, and can be created in a clean, manner. Just look at the lithium mines. Scars on the Earth. And the fact that China controls most of the world's Lithium.
Yea, if the batteries don't get better, I'm waiting for someone to invest in quick battery swaps like some asian countries do for scooters. Waiting around 20+ minutes instead of 2 minutes to refuel for a long trip is fucked.
