They're telling locals not to crack. That state official talking about the timeline and revealing the mysterious hour gap and that a teachers was caught ON VIDEO propping the door set off a massive panic among the conspirators.

Now people are sweating. They are in the panic. Are they going to get caught? Everyone will hate them if they find out that they lied.

The officials are trying to urge, "SHHHHHHH! DON'T TALK! DON'T CRACK! STAY STRONG!"

This is why White Hats left out DS minions. They have the ability to drive them. Just like the DS used to "drive" others with their psychological manipulation, they are now the ones being driven.

Panicked conspirators. They are not sleeping well. They're scared to death of getting exposed. The town is under the control of a few families who form a clown cell in the community. If they are exposed they'll get driven out by the people.
