From my perspective the White Hats have been using their "leverage" to drive black hats.

Drive = driving someone certain emotional outcomes.

There is a season in Stranger Things Season 4 where the bad guy tricks a young version of Eleven into thinking her "Papa" (the doctor who has been experimenting on her) is the one driving the other psychics to kill her.

He has this long speech as they play chess about the one in the shadows driving all the pieces into the moves he wants, but they think it's their own.

Q references James Bourne. The DS was obsessed with the idea of driving people. You create panic here or you can create a beautiful woman or you can get them fired. It doesn't take much to create an event that will lead trigger a person into a series of decisions.

If you are a father with 3 young kids and I get you fired, what decision will you make? You will be hungry for a new job. What if I ensure no one hires you? There many ways to do that with the right resources. Then I "offer" a job I set up for you. You will take it, but this job is a set up. Now I'm pulling you into my scheme. You think it was your own. It was not. You were set up. You were driven to take that job.

That is how black hats drive people into their world. They create the desperation or the emotional pull. They've been trying to drive the masses to want gun control, but they have failed. They don't want the decision traced back to them. They want us to demand it so we think it's our decision.

White Hats have flipped the script. They have everything, but what they need is they need the sheep to see who the real enemy is. They need the enemy to expose itself. If they just mass arrest, the sleeper cells will create a mass panic. You'll have civil, war, rioting and chaos until no one remembers anymore what was being exposed. Just look at all the distractions made to get eyes off the Durham trial. Hillary Clinton's name was mentioned by Mook who confirmed she was part of a conspiracy. DC went into full panic. HRC is NEVER to be named liked that, but it happened in a trial. All assets were deployed to distract.

They still have the power to distract.

So if you know the truth, you can set up events to drive black hats into certain decisions they think are their own, but these events will end badly for them. They won't realize they got tricked because the decisions seemed like their own.

For example, Uvalde.

Corrupt local officials (likely part of an old clown cell that got sent there years ago and married and worked its way into all levers of power) coordinated with black hat FBI contacts who were coordinating with black hat politicians. The need gets set off. Where is the pressure?

Mid terms.

Red wave is coming. Either a white hat in on key position or white hats driving a very stupid black hat politicians gives the green light to create a Sandy Hook event. This town wants the money. Happy to comply.

They take the bait. Create a fake mass shooting event. they make sure most of the students are "doubled" up that day and out of the building the shooter will enter. They evacuate kids from the other building and have cameras there.

(Remember they claim the evacuation happened at 11:44 and the shooter killed the kids at 11:47. Why were the media there to snap photos if the shooting was just in progress? All timed to get the shots).

But two things happen that are not supposed to happen. These were clearly arranged by white hats to make the black hat scheme go sideways. First, the FBI does NOT take over like in other mass shootings.

Instead the Texas Rangers lead the investigation. State officials, NOT THE FBI, are investigating. The town is likely confused, but assume black hats are still in charge.

Until a representative of the state's investigation holds a presser and lays out a damning timeline for the events and then says "WE HAVE ON VIDEO A TEACHER PROPPING OPEN THE DOOR MINUTES BEFORE THE SHOOTING".

Oh shit!

This the power of "We have everything". So state officials likely HAVE this video. This presser was made days into the investigation.

Now locals (ones who are not part of the cell) and many people start asking questions of local officials. The press turns on the local officials because they assume that the state officials must be in on this so their is their signal to go after the sheriff. This is the weakness of symbolism communication.

Black Hats see themselves as all powerful and always in charge. They'd assume the state officials running this investigation are a plant. If they dropped that kind of information then it means MSM needs to go after that sheriff. (Black Hats who serve willingly tend to be sociopaths who assume no one can stop them).

Except the press is actually going after a fellow black hat. Oops.

Now the local black hats are in a panic. Locals are asking "WHO IS THIS TEACHER? WHY DID YOU WAIT AN HOUR?"

White Hats just used their "We have everything" leverage to put pressure on the black hats.

Now they MUST act. They are being driven to decisions that they have to make. So what do they do? THEY LIE.

Suddenly, the narrative changes to this:

Smell the panic:

Travis Considine, chief communications officer for the department, said investigators had determined that the teacher, who has not been identified, propped the door open with a rock but removed it, closing the door, when she ran back inside to get her phone and call 911 after the gunman crashed his truck on the elementary school campus.

The door, he said, was designed to lock when shut, but did not. “We did verify she closed the door. The door did not lock. We know that much and now investigators are looking into why it did not lock,” Considine said

“She came back out while on her phone, she heard someone yell, ‘He has a gun!’, she saw him jump the fence and that he had a gun, so she ran back inside,” removing the rock when she did, Considine added.

San Antonio attorney Don Flanary told the San Antonio Express-News that the teacher “kicked the rock away when she went back in. She remembers pulling the door closed while telling 911 that he was shooting.”

She? Is it really a she or is that the most common gender of teachers in elementary school.

Why did the teacher prop open a secure door with a rock that is NEVER meant to be left open? It automatically locks and is designed to prevent shooters from shooting their way inside. She broke protocol to prop it open at all.

Now she suddenly remembers in her "panic" that she did (kick the rock?) out of the way while dialing 911 and while a shooter is approaching (but he doesn't shoot at her despite shooting a the school building).

In that critical moment the door's automatic lock fails. What is the chance that it would fail in that one critical moment? I'd say astronomical.

These sociopaths are trying to lie their way out. Everyone is now asking "Who the hell is this teacher?" The townspeople want to know who this teacher is. Who propped the door open?

But state officials would already know.

Local officials now refusing to cooperate (trying to destroy evidence and keep their story straight).

Locals also trying to explain the missing hour.

This is pressure. This is how White Hats drive and corner these predators out of the shadows. Even the sheep in the town are starting to see just how corrupt their local officials are. So this clown cell is being exposed.

Now more are screwed because they expose themselves trying to defend the others.
