I'm not someone who typically has a strong reaction to pollen, but as of the last few weeks, if I keep a nearby window open for more than a few minutes, I'll go on a sneezing frenzy that lasts 1-2 hours.
Is there something new in the air or what?
I would still consider my own symptoms mild, but I wonder what this would do to someone who was jabbed.
I was using nasacort at night but can't use that anymore. Now my nose is all stuffed up in the morning (and what a fine nose it is too) and I usually have a headache. Have to leave window up, too stuffy in the house! I do use a mix of water, salt, zylotol and iodine as a nasal spray but it doesn't seem to make any difference. If anybody has any ideas what I can use, it sure would be appreciated.
Consider investing in a quality air purifier if you haven't already - it may not clear up your symptoms 100% but it should at least make a positive difference.
I actually used one for many many years. This house doesn't have one. I may think about getting one for the bedroom but I love having windows open to get fresh air and the air conditioner actually helps when it is on. I probably should about that air purifier. Thanks much
