Just thinking tonight, why wasn't I one of the ones who fell for the BS shot? My whole family are Christians, but every single one of them fell for it.
Why did God give me discernment and not them? Is there some sort of purpose behind this?
Wondering if anyone has some sort of commentary towards this, because I definitely do not feel worthy or special in any way. In fact, they are way better people than I am.
Who knows. This war is fascinating and all I can do is trust in God. Because I sure as hell do not trust anything else anymore.
You say look at your heart.
Jeremiah 17:9
The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?
If you haven't written the commandments on your heart, how can you trust what it's telling you?
You say Yahweh doesn't need prophets.
Jeremiah 1:4-5
4 Then the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.
He begs to differ.
Yahweh issued the following challenge through the prophet Isaiah-
Isaiah 46:9-11
9 Remember the former things of old: for I am YHWH, and there is none else; I am YHWH, and there is none like me,
10 Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:
11 Calling a ravenous bird from the east, the man that executeth my counsel from a far country: yea, I have spoken it, I will also bring it to pass; I have purposed it, I will also do it.
The prophecies "some dudes wrote a few thousand years ago" and which, according to you, "all contradict each other" were provided to man so that we could verify the existence of Yahweh.
There is a prophecy stating the city of Tyre (Tyrus in the KJV) would be destroyed.
To be fair, predicting the destruction of an ancient city isn't impressive on its own, but predicting the entire city would be thrown into the ocean and fishermen would cast nets from its remains until the end of time IS fairly impressive.
Ezekiel 26:2-5
2 Son of man, because that Tyrus hath said against Jerusalem, Aha, she is broken that was the gates of the people: she is turned unto me: I shall be replenished, now she is laid waste:
3 Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I am against thee, O Tyrus, and will cause many nations to come up against thee, as the sea causeth his waves to come up.
4 And they shall destroy the walls of Tyrus, and break down her towers: I will also scrape her dust from her, and make her like the top of a rock.
5 It shall be a place for the spreading of nets in the midst of the sea: for I have spoken it, saith the Lord God: and it shall become a spoil to the nations.
Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon did destroy the city of Tyre. Some of the inhabitants fled to an island off the coast and built a new city which they also named Tyre.
For over 200 years, the remnants of the city of Tyre remained. They hadn't been cast into the ocean. It wasn't until Alexander the Great came along that this prophecy was fulfilled.
Here's what happened, according to a completely secular source-

Genesis 17:9-13
9 And God said unto Abraham, Thou shalt keep my covenant therefore, thou, and thy seed after thee in their generations.
10 This is my covenant, which ye shall keep, between me and you and thy seed after thee; Every man child among you shall be circumcised.
11 And ye shall circumcise the flesh of your foreskin; and it shall be a token of the covenant betwixt me and you.
12 And he that is eight days old shall be circumcised among you, every man child in your generations, he that is born in the house, or bought with money of any stranger, which is not of thy seed.
13 He that is born in thy house, and he that is bought with thy money, must needs be circumcised: and my covenant shall be in your flesh for an everlasting covenant.
Regardless of your feelings about it, there is most definitely a visible difference between those who are circumcised and who are not. This was a physical sign of the covenant between YHWH and Abraham.
1 Corinthians 7:19
Circumcision is nothing, and uncircumcision is nothing, but the keeping of the commandments of God.
As far as shellfish goes, here's the statue-
Leviticus 11:9-12
9 These shall ye eat of all that are in the waters: whatsoever hath fins and scales in the waters, in the seas, and in the rivers, them shall ye eat.
10 And all that have not fins and scales in the seas, and in the rivers, of all that move in the waters, and of any living thing which is in the waters, they shall be an abomination unto you:
11 They shall be even an abomination unto you; ye shall not eat of their flesh, but ye shall have their carcases in abomination.
12 Whatsoever hath no fins nor scales in the waters, that shall be an abomination unto you.
The promise for following the dietary statutes of YHWH is as follows-
Exodus 15:26
And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the Lord thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the Lord that healeth thee.
Shellfish Toxicity
Many toxins can accumulate in shellfish and cause disease in humans. The four shellfish poisoning syndromes are paralytic shellfish poisoning (PSP), amnesic shellfish poisoning (ASP), diarrhetic shellfish poisoning (DSP), and neurotoxic shellfish poisoning (NSP). The most well-known paralytic shellfish toxin is saxitoxin. Domoic acid causes amnesic shellfish poisoning. Okadaic acid causes diarrhetic shellfish poisoning. Brevetoxins are the cause of neurotoxic shellfish poisoning.

Eat shellfish if you'd like, but to act like there's no reason to advise against eating them to prevent diseases is simply dishonest.
You've tossed out the Bible as a source. Do you have another source you use to determine what's perfect, moral, and pure? If not, that's just your opinion.
And as far as shellfish goes, you said, "Any food can be toxic or poisoned under the wrong conditions" in an attempt to dismiss the facts without addressing them.
YHWH promises if you follow his statutes, you will not suffer from the diseases of the Egyptians. Prohibiting shellfish is required to fulfill that promise.
The statutes also warn you from eating uncooked meats, caviar (because it's uncooked), etc.
Bottom line - If you follow the standards laid out in YHWH's dietary statutes, your restaurant will never fail a food safety inspection.
In fact, many scholars argued the prophecy about Tyre was written after Alexander the Great threw the remains of the ancient city into the sea as part of its attack on New Tyre.
It wasn't until the discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls that those scholars were proven wrong.
The city of Tyre had already been destroyed by the time Alexander tossed its remains into the ocean. Alexander used the remains of the original city of Tyre AKA Old Tyre to create a land bridge to New Tyre. What was formerly an island is now a peninsula.
Somebody naming a new city Tyre changes nothing.
Also, the fishermen’s community of Tyre is by no means a prosperous city, but the fishermen who live there manage to still earn $7 a day by casting their nets.

Old Testament vs. New Covenant. Legal vs. Grace. Wise people of faith know to heed the New Covenant words of Jesus. Christians locked into the Old Testament Law seem to be more inclined to bend to authoritarian plandemic compliance. Just my observation. I hate to mention, but, as we know, MEN removed books of the Bible and The Vatican made sure they still remain hidden. This is huge! We do not even have full access to The Bible.
