The prosecutor must show that the defendant had the criminal intent at the time when the defendant took or attempted to take the property.

I think they were in a restricted area. That looked like a stage. The poof didn't seem like he had an issue with the event as much as he did with the location of it. I wish the video didn't cut off.
But even if that was the case, there is a much more polite way to ask people to leave an area or tell them that it is against disney policy for non cast members to be in that area.
