You say both parents work. Did they put your nephew in daycare? Did they formula (soy/phytoestrogen) feed him? Is your sister overbearing and demeaning to her husband?

The moment you leave your child with a stranger, you have no idea what happens to them.

It only takes one traumatic experience to fuck up a kid for life, and change who they are.
