Trillions of gallons of fresh water flow into the ocean. Newsom won't allow new reserviors to be built to help a small fish that is NOT endangered. California drought is deliberate to contribute to depopulation.

Doesn't help that Newsom is a pyromaniac and sets California wildfires.
