Haven't had much time to do my research as much I'd like on the topic. Anybody got any journals they can link? If it does do away with the sprotein, this is something incredible.
Thanks, all! You all are wonderful.

Benn taking bromelain and quercetin for years for my osteoarthritis.
Here is a great website for information:

Great article, saved. How much do you take for arthritis…if i can ask.
I buy Quercetin/Bromelain capsules from Doctor's Best and take one every morning and one every evening.
T/u muchly.
2 veggie servings a day. 500 mg Quercetin
250 mg Bromelain a day.
For those who are interested.. a few months ago I could not walk up our stairs like a normal person. I can now walk up like a normal person.
I know it doesn't sound like much, but for those of us who have difficulty in walking, it is miraculous.
My thoughts are it can’t hurt.
Any proteolytic enzyme, taken on an empty stomach so it reaches the bloodstream intact, should be helpful.
Quercitin is anti inflammatory, anti-cancer AND anti-viral. It combines well with bromelain. But lumbrokinase is EXCELLENT too. Ivermectin binds the sprotein. Take zinc too.

Ooh, interesting. Thanks! I do enjoy me some KNAWLEDGE. Funnily enough, it does mention gastroesophogeaI cytoprotection, meaning it might have some nice effects against GERD and crap, too. The mast cell stabilization also sounds like it has some anti-histiminal properties, too. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Correct, it also has anti-histamine properties via mast cell stabilization. Apparently folks take it for seasonal allergies too.
There’s a doctor, Dr. Michelle Perro, who is using it in conjunction with ivermectin, zinc, NAC, Curcumin,,lumbrokinase and some other things to heal people who are inflamed by the jab.
If you’ve taken the jab then you know clotting is an issue, but NEVER fear you’re not fucked:

Those of us who’ve had the rona have the same potential issues with micro clotting. It’s driven by the spike protein. Some folks are better at clearing it than others.
Bromelain is great or coughs. Fresh pineapple is full of it. Works better than any cough medicine to stop coughing, been using it for years for that. Have no idea about the sprotein but it does reduce inflammation especially on mucous membranes.
Bromelain became famous due to a high school running coach. He had his runners eat it for recovery after work outs. Sort of the Hawaiian version of Gatorade.
If you have any joint issues, it's impossible to do without. I take it daily.
Can i ask your dose? Asking for fam that has joint issues.
