Baby Bee,
I don't disagree with you, I understand the current system is upside down, inside out and absolutely nothing like the Constitution was intended.
And I know the scum in our government is robbing American Citizen of their children without warrant and without cause, under some twisted and perverted interpretation of the law.
I STRONGLY believe those people involved in the creation and implementation of this system that serves them and them only, should go to jail for the violations of constitutional rights depriving citizens of their children and property.
I'm NOT arguing on behalf of the screwed up system that is in place as it stands today.
Oh contrary, I want to burn it all down. The rot is to deep and it stinks of abuse and corruption and greed, beyond salvation.
But....
In a idealistic world, children should be spared from harm, neglect and abuse, whether it be emotional, physical or sexual. Every child should be provided with the necessities of life. If a child's life is in danger, if a child's soul is in jeopardy, don't we as a Society have a obligation, don't we as Christians have a duty, to intervene to protect that child. Whether that threat be from parent or stranger, pedophile or psycho.
So my question to you is,
How do we do that?
"I STRONGLY believe those people involved in the creation and implementation of this system that serves them and them only, should go to jail for the violations of constitutional rights depriving citizens of their children and property."
Everyone who works for the system is involved though. They literally get kickbacks for confiscating kids. It all needs to be brought down.
"If a child's life is in danger, if a child's soul is in jeopardy, don't we as a Society have a obligation, don't we as Christians have a duty, to intervene to protect that child."
But by whose standards? I know a woman whose mother used to make her stay on her knees and pray. I'd wager most of the people who work for that system would consider that child abuse today.
The truly horrific child abuse situations that your nightmares are conjuring are usually very hard to cover up & if it's criminal, than it's criminal. But the kids usually have extended friends and family & more than likely would be welcomed into someone's home. No need for government to take custody. And the very slim number that are worthy of nightmares; sorry but I don't feel it's worth saving them if it means putting thousands, if not millions, of other kids in actual harm's way. I know plenty of people who lived through the foster system and more than not, all I hear are horror stories. Stories that were way worse than their original situations.
So how do we fix it? Leave it alone. You take care of you and yours and don't worry about anyone else. All this worrying about everyone else and what everyone else is doing and what everyone else is thinking what everyone else is teaching their child is why we are in this social situation of such fuckery.
But that's just my opinion.
As always, your opinions are most valued by me...
All children should be protected from this corrupt government, as you so valiantly fight for. And it is easy to see, it is the greater evil of the day. But lessor evils should not be allowed to go unchallenged never the less.
I think by common standard we agree, "by criminal standards", once the line of criminal abuse and or neglect is crossed, I as a Man, I as a Christian, (and I hope we as a society), cannot and will not look away, regardless of it's source, private or public, parent or agent, pedophile or psycho.
Everyone has the right to live as they will, until they harm another, (children included). That has always been the social contract civilizations are built upon, the origins of criminal code that govern our society. To this standard all must abide, without exception, without excuse.
If we choose to overlook any, then those that are sacrificed for the benefit of the many, may take exception to the philosophies of apathy. No child should be sacrificed, the blood of but one stains us all.
A Vested Interest, has always and will always, be in the childs best interests. Family and friends, first and foremost always.
However the legal framework has to exist in order to allow that, which facilitates the transference of custody.
I have no desire to be my brothers keeper, and wish not to micromanage his life. However, my conscience can not abide me being a silent spectator, as any children both born and unborn are harmed and murdered, if he chooses to cross the line of criminal harm.
Just my thoughts, for what they are worth.
Thank you for sharing yours.
