Exactly. I thought it was established he was working with the FBI. Meaning the charges will not hold. If he isn't working with the FBI ‘Seditious Conspiracy’ charge is a very high bar they set. They can't win in court and they know it.

This has nothing to do with those being charged. They're setting up for a major false flag.
