How long have you been doing a completely plant based diet?? My best friend went vegan for a year and got really really sick. I think I’ll stick with my beef liver, tongue and organ meats.
It’s the processed meat that’s making you sick. Viennes, hot dogs, store bought jerky’s and packaged meat...
I have done vegan for 2 years. Now I am 98 % vegetarian. I am 61 years young and male. I try to eat stuff they had around 1899. Fresh from the garden. If meat, then organic. But when we are talking about cancer I would not eat cheese at all. The processed food is not good, I think I can agree with you. I am Nestle-free.
I’ve been on whole food plant based for two years and never felt better. BTW, vodka and French fries are vegan…
I’ve been vegan for 10 years and healthier than ever. Your friend was probably doing some dumb raw vegetable low calorie thing
Well actually it was me. I was the friend. I just wanted to see how many idiots would reply to me. No, I went vegan when I was critically injured. I had read so much about anti inflammatory properties of a vegan diet. I ate a ton of organic soups bought specifically from the Amish. I ate tons of split pea, legumes, and probiotics such as cabbage, kimchi, fruits. I got extremely sick, weak, pale. I developed GERD, and caught intestinal staph twice from bad vegetables. My body felt like shit, my healing was extremely slow and progress was non existent. I had a really great physical therapist point me in the direction of the liver king. I went home that day and started drinking bone broth. It took a few days for my gut to adjust but then I started loading down on slow cooked meats and soups. Getting as much nose to tail as I could. The atrophy from my injury stopped, I was able to use my joints better, my intestines healed, and my strength tripled.
I now wake up with the sun, my gut feels amazing, my body feels amazing, the sun is doing amazing things for my skin. I’m happy healthy and rejuvenated.
I’m sorry that I didn’t give you a full list of meals I ate for an entire year. So you’re telling me it’s a navigable maze to be successful on vegan, yet I can go eat any part of a cow or chicken and be healthy... who’s really the retarded one in this situation? All I know to say, is good for you, but your diet fucking sucks
I’ll tell you what! You upload a picture of your lower torso, flexed. I wanna see your physique.. put your screen name and date on it. I’ll do the same, and we will see what’s working out better.
