Yikes. I’ve lived in Orlando for decades and frequented the parks a LOT in all sorts of hot weather. I never saw anyone pass out and especially not inside in the AC. Not that it didn’t happen because I didn’t see it. But this year has also not been that hot until recently.
It hasn't even been that hot recently. Low 90s? Unless they're from northern Alaska, everybody deals with that kind of heat at least occasionally. No way it should be causing people to pass out unless they're severely dehydrated.

Yes, it has been quite nice honestly until maybe a week or two ago - and even then, as you say.
