Good news: You're getting feedback about a feels and/or physical problem to attend to. When dealt with, you won't feel " so tired".

Example? I used to wake up feeling very anxious. I learned the anxiety was my bodys way of telling me I was dehydrated. Once I translated the anxiety feels into action ie drinking water, I immediately felt great. Again.
