Announce what?.....that he's running in 2024? Nothing's been fixed so what's going to keep them from stealing the elections again? Surely they have a plan to keep power by any means necessary in order to continue to "fundamentally transform" America. I don't understand why anyone, especially Trump, would be expecting elections to suddenly become 'legit'.
