Cas Sunstein was the "information czar" under Obama. As I understand there are documents where he wrote that the government was to use the internet to create false theories and mix them with the people who have legitimate issues with the government. Then use these falsehood to discredit those were speaking the truth.

I am searching for these documents but have no idea where to even look.
