The overall truth is that gas prices were high under Obama, lower under Trump and again high under Biden. If you took the average under each President the truth cant be denied.

Obama wanted us energy dependent, shutting down coal etc. Biden want us green shutting down XL pipeline first week in office, cancel leases and Trump wanted us self sufficient and exporting energy. Biden says POTUS has little to do with gas prices...🤔
