What is this thread all about?
Just a place for general discussion. A place to unload whats on your mind and talk about anything - personal, health, help needed, achievements, daily highs and daily lows, theories, predictions and what have you.

Grounding. Just like electricity. Earth is negatively charged. It does work.
To add on, when there's moving water nearby there are additional negative ions in the air. So, showers, streams, rivers, the ocean, ect ect will make grounding effects even better...though I'm not sure how you could ground in the shower.
There are shower mats made out of rocks which have the same charge/effect
