99% of SIDS cases happen before the age of 1, kids don't get vaccines before that.
My wife is a nurse in a neonatal unit, most sids cases are kids suffocating before they have the strength to move their heads on their own. Most cases happen in lower income places where they co-sleep or give their infants blankets that smother them.
I don't know where you live but the cdc recommends all kinds of vaccines before 1 year. https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/schedules/hcp/imz/child-adolescent.html and I don't care about what "they" say, it's all a fucking lie, these kids are not dying because of bad parenting and low income, geez.
I work with children under 5 and have seen many children with very low tone still face plant at 2-3 months. That's when I call in a PT to begin strengthening them.

Neo-natal babies may have trouble lifting their heads. All my babies lifted their heads day 1. And they were all were 3 weeks early.
