He will never serve time in a jail or prison. He will do community service, pay a healthy fine and not be allowed to drive for a while. His PR firm will begin rehabbing him as a loyal servant to this great justice system and beg for forgiveness. Then a photo op of him and Nancy hand in hand on the beach will be plastered everywhere so everybody will forget he was ever drunk. Justice will be futile in this case, but it will be seen for a brief glimpse.
