Yes I’m vaccinated, last September I was fully vaccinated. Iv had severe chest pains and high blood pressure for 5 days above 180. I’m 28 years old. The hospital said I’m too young to worry about a stroke or heart attack. Anyone have similar symptoms? I will go back to hospital tomorrow. I’m at 183 right now. I’m healthy, minor stress but not crazy. Please help me figure out if this is vaccine related or not . Cheers

You can get a bottle of coenzyme Q10 at your grocery store pharmacy, and taking it as directed should lower your blood pressure safely. Red yeast rice (also a supplement) should help too. I am not a doctor, but I speak from experience and from the experience of others.
I take CoQ10 every day and it lowered my blood pressure reasonably fast (I measured it two days apart and saw a noticeable drop). After two years of taking it daily, my blood pressure is just shy of normal. I also lost weight in that time period, which also helped.
If you are concerned and would like to try a natural supplement for blood pressure, then the ones I mentioned might help. If it is due to the vaccine, then who knows for sure? Good luck.
I've been taking CoQ10 for a number of years now, and a year ago or so switched to the ubiquinol variety.
For me I haven't noticed it lowered my BP, I've been taking it due to having some heart issues in years past but of my own volution.
