I also remember seeing a video about Space Force, Pence seemed to be interested & emotionally invested in SF doing well. also saw him at a rally right before covid. he gave a good speech/was a fan of President Trump. so perhaps he's acting like a blackhat, and he's really good at it...
Devil's advocate on Space Force. I think it is important enough that both sides like it for different reasons. Both would abuse it eventually, but the DS would see it as yet another playground for them to use to monitor everything.
