Everybody consumes power, uses "money", and eats. Each linked to the other on many dimensions, but to the US citizen it is pretty basic: buy gas to earn money to buy food.

Take one of those away and the citizens soon become unhappy, then unruly, then angry, a "mob" of "domestic terrorists". It would be Antifa/BLM raised orders of magnitude.

But take them all away and you will have mass compliance. How?

Remove the supply of diesel fuel. No semi's hauling anything. The grocery stores will be picked clean in three to five days...while people still have gas, because most gasoline is delivered to the stations by diesel powered trucks.

After paying $5 and more for gas to get work (at a job that can't support that kind of increase), many people do not have extra money for extra food to get them by. The credit card is maxed out from buying gas.

So, can't eat, can't get to work, can't get paid. Who you gonna call?

Government. Who will gladly help you out.

But first, "...we're going to need your firearms...".

Here be where the rubber meets the road.

Comply or die. Not just pretty words.

It can't come to that. President Trump and team can not let it come to that; a smoking hole in the ground is not a good starting point for Make America Great Again.
