Yes, but not every stock uses computers hare as it's agent. It's an Australian company iirc for one thing

Yea I know. I’m just pointing out it’s not necessarily for dividends. Every stock has a transfer agent. Dwac is a spac, which is different from normal stocks.

However they should have an agent, someone has to handle the warrants. Brokers are just a middle man.
