Our kids go to a conservative private school. We were back in school long before the federal government said it was cool. They were making them wear masks for a while, but the masks don't do anything anyway. Our kids have been fine. No weird illnesses out of season.

I think this population-wide experiment proves that our everyday exposures to others are critical to keeping our immune systems in fighting shape. Social distancing is not a good idea, except for the immune compromised.
