In a practical sense I'm not sure I see that happening, other than electing Maga officials (which is clearly effective).
The government is still very powerful, has access to better information, can subvert the law without consequence etc. and that is a massive deterrent for most people.
Cowardice Is the Crime That Enables All Others
Most of our side have careers , family that depends on us. We risk much.
The other side , are immune to prosecution , hence why the get to riot loot and murder.
Our breaking point for revolt is much higher.
The only problem is some of the Maga officials we elect aren't exactly on our side. It appears that like when the Muslims go jihad, lying is fine and very fair. So we get stuck with commies instead of who we thought they were.
Local elections, we have to clean out the trash at the grass roots level
