I haven't wanted to use a computer or play video games since becoming red pilled. I miss video games so much but I just don't trust tech at all now. I built my own gaming rig and everything. Windows 10 updating and breaking all the time just wasn't worth it. My machine didn't feel like my machine.
I hope Steam continues to make gains with Linix. I don't know anything about the OS but it seems like there is still a ways to go before it becomes widely adopted especially for gaming.
I really truly miss getting sucked into a video game, movie, tv show, anything. I need to tune out but there just isn't anything left. I love gardening and other hobbies but I really miss being able to zone out and play games.
If you still have the PC I suggest you try installing linux and checking it out, been using linux mint exclusively(no dual boot) for some 8 months now, it's pretty awesome.
Mint is a good starting point.
You can run pretty much any game using wine (mighty facilitated by using proton on steam, or just lutris)
Using Linux you really feel like you have full control of your PC.
