We don't know what date it was actually made. We just know the date value stored in the database.

I'm not reaching at all. I am just pointing out how computer systems work because many people do not know. Q said no outside comms and taught us how to think critically. It would be foolish to accept anything at face value.
Outside comms that Q was refering to was not about switching boards. He was refering to people saying they knew Q or "I played golf with Q", or I get my info inside comms from Q.
