I guess if we think mirror but it’s seems like a loose association to me. If anything I’d say q would be an individual of the team where as Q would be the team gathered.

Additionally I thought that the Q had been capitalized before today? If it’s changed back and forth, perhaps for Trumps birthday? Which again could mean they’ve gathered.
