Invariably, when I engage with a post or thread or a sticky, it is after 10+ hours 90% of the time!

I feel it. It happens to me when I log on in my mornings too.

Have you increased your activity in the past month or so? I seem to be noticing your posts recently, whereas I wasn't noticing that much before.
