Wait... So are you imagining that each member of the mod team is on duty 24 hours a day 7 days a week?
This could well be one or two mods over that 4 hours. Also, the list only shows what mod actions were executed. It says nothing about the hours of time they spend reading, checking, surveying.

You are incorrect.
All the logs give is general time: "2 hours ago" + actor "A moderator" + action "removed post by" and then gives the details of the post/user/action.
There is a logical and sensible reason why the open logs do NOT specify the acting mod, and keeps that portion anonymous. The mods themselves may have access to more detailed logs, which show greater detail, but not the open logs.
Or are you looking at different "logs"?
