Aside fro back pain, great. I can move about freely, which is awesome and the extra weight I’ve been dragging around is falling off. Have been in Oregon coast with crappy cell signal so haven’t been on for a bit. The rain reminds me why we left Northwest. Plus seeing more liberal nuts coing out of the woodwork.
I sure hope your back pain is not there to remain. I am solving the same issue by skipping supper. Sounds like digesting solid food is causing some pain to radiate through my body. Just one week ago I was limping because of my right knee. Now that I sleep on an empty stomach, I can walk.
Mine was from an injury doing home health care in 2006, transferring a patient who was 6’5” and appx 250 lb while I was 5’2” and appx 140 lb at the time. Went through L& I (workers comp) and two surgeries and every other treatment then. Diagnosed then with Degenerative disc disease. This March I finally had spinal fusion surgery.
My oldest daughter has been having the achy pain all over and eats healthy and in good shape. She thought she had Fibroyalgia but just got diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis all over and she called me in tears to tell me. She is only 28 and has three little kids.
I can sure relate to you in the digestive stuff. Eleven stomach surgeries for numerous mostly reproductive issues causing excruciating pain left me with alot of scar tissue that had to be removed and now I have IBS and have to live on Miralax because I can’t digest things
Rheumatoid arthritis can often be allergy related.....have one teaspoon bicarb three times a day for a few weeks.this to aid digestion ..and as your stomach produces bicarb is not going to harm.....avoid red meat and acidic food
