Most rice is contaminated with arsenic. Check it out. True. The first food a baby should get, after nursing, is liver, the most nutrient dense animal product there is. A chicken liver pate is easy for the child to eat. If the mother has been eating liver during pregnancy, the child will accept it, and learn to love it!

I hate white rice so I never fed it to my kids. Never thought about the liver but it made sense. I hate a heck of a lot of hot mexican food while nursing and my little ones loved it, hot salsa & guac. A one year old!
