It will be interesting to see how the trial of her cameraman goes, since he will be able to show the videos of what was really going on in the area where they were, and perhaps he has video of the Capital police letting people in. I would think that if you can prove that Capital police let you in, then you can't be guilty of trespassing, and at a minimum, prove you are a victim of entrapment.
