America has a city problem, in general, in my opinion. And all of those observable correlated problems are directly caused by the democrat party agenda as a whole.
At its core Democrat party policy is the same today as it has been for 200 years- exploitation of densely packed populations, that they artificially create, in order to game the election system.

Democrats buying slaves to stuff onto plantation property to gain election districting advantages (the "3/5ths Compromise") is in essence the same thing as bribing people to move out of rural areas, to allow themselves to be stuffed into "free" (tax payer subsidized) housing projects, or similar programs.
For the democrat party it's simply a population shifting game. A game created by democrats, and for democrat political power, without any concern (nor real solutions) for the consequences arising from these types of artificially manipulated population migrations.
And this is why we have city problems. And, all of the worst of those cities are always multi-generation democrat controlled shitholes whose populations exist in a surreal contrast to the American population outside of those beleaguered vote plantation environments.
