What is this thread all about?
Just a place for general discussion. A place to unload whats on your mind and talk about anything - personal, health, help needed, achievements, daily highs and daily lows, theories, predictions and what have you.

It's rare to see thin people anymore! I've lost about 10lbs with my bike, mid-resistence level, and cutting out most sugar, or cut way back. It feels good to feel good!
We have to think anything the government et al push on you as good is the opposite!
