I disagree there is any grand monolithic "DS" pulling all the strings even of all the various factions infighting. IF anything, each faction may have their own overlord(s); but even the WEF / Great Reset crowd is not as all powerful as anyone might think. They have players that have to answer to other interests including various industry power centers.
